Register for a client portal account

This form requests a client portal account, which shows your own company's samples and results. Laboratory staff accounts are created for you by an administrator.

There is no password to choose here: we email you a link that signs you in. You can add a password afterwards from your account settings.

The laboratory approves new portal accounts, so access may not open immediately.
